What the Barista Kit contains

• WDT needle distribution tool: Manual tool using the Weiss Distribution Technique, designed to break up clumps of ground coffee and even out its density in the portafilter before tamping. Helps reduce channelling and promotes more uniform extractions. Compact and lightweight, with a table stand and replaceable needles.
• Dosing cup: Ideal for measuring the amount of coffee (beans or ground) for a single espresso. Facilitates transfer into the portafilter, reduces waste, and keeps the workstation clean. Heavy base for greater stability.
• Leveling tamper: Two tools in one: a leveler for even distribution and a tamper for precise tamping. Both sides are depth-adjustable to suit different doses and recipes.
• Microfiber cloths: Essential for daily cleaning of the machine and tools. Ideal for removing milk, water, and ground coffee residues from the steam wand, portafilter, and work surface.
• Tamping mat: Ensures stability during tamping and protects both the work surface and the portafilter. Made from ultra-resistant, non-slip material that is easy to clean.
